We are a construction company based in Houghton, Cambridgeshire who pride ourselves in offering the complete building package. This can be from a small job right up to a full house build. All of our staff members are fully qualified and insured to undertake any work they are set.

An Experienced Team
Oak Building & Electrical Ltd is ran by Director Trevor Oakman, he has been in the construction industry since college years and worked for some great hotel refurbishment companies in London before setting up his own firm. He took his knowledge and attention to detail with him to start and run a successful company based closer to home.
Project Management
We offer project management with all of our jobs which takes the stress levels from the clients, leaving us to run a tight working schedule with zero downtime. We also offer free advice either on-site or by phone/email at anytime. We have architects, designers and planning management to help your new projects get underway.
